Treatment

To be admitted for treatment, please:

1. Send the following documents:
   • ► Recent (within 1 month) medical report by one of the patient's doctors stating the diagnosis and current condition of the patient.
   • ► Fill the registration form on-line.
   • ► Copy of patient identity document by fax or mail to:

2. Receive an acceptance into the treatment program. The documents will be reviewed by our medical staff and if there are no contraindications, we will notify you by email or fax of the patient's acceptance into the treatment program.
   
   
3. Select available treatment course. After receiving an acceptance into the treatment, please call the reception (+38 (03247) 65-200) or email to for selection of available treatment course. Scheduled treatment courses are here.
   
   
4. Reserve an accommodation in the clinic. For accommodation reservation please fill the accommodation registration form.
   
   
5. Confirm your treatment reservation. At least one month prior to the treatment session, you must confirm your reservation (by phone or email) and make payment.
